Pear Foreman Position Opening

Webster Orchards, located in the picturesque Hood River valley, is seeking an experienced Pear Foreman. This full-time role requires managing pear orchard operations, including maximizing yield, pruning, thinning, managing fire blight, overseeing spray programs, and supervising harvest activities.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience as a pear or apple orchard foreman, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and preferably holds a pesticide application license.
